Open a service file, split the work into sections and assign it to a technician. In the Gantt plan you can see which job depends on which, and where things are running late. When a job passes its planned finish date, the job owner gets an automatic alert.
Each technician manages their own jobs, checklists and photos from a phone or a computer. If the internet drops, records are kept and sync once the connection is back.
Certificate expiry dates, leave, and who is working on which job, all in one place.
When a part goes onto a boat, its serial number is recorded; spare parts, minimum-stock alerts and supplier details are ready.
Warranty starts automatically from the serial number. You can see where a faulty part sent to a supplier is and when it will come back.
Prepare a professional quote PDF and, when the work is done, give the customer the boat's handover report.
The software runs on your own server. Automatic backups, backup verification and restore are included.
Screens, reports and notifications appear in the selected language.
All modules are available after installation. When you enter your licence key, you carry on where you left off.
